Is it ok to sign up for optional/ticketed events later? If so, how?

Yes. If you need to apply for a US visa, we recommend you pay for the basic registration now, and come back to add the ticketed/optional sessions later. At the bottom of your registration confirmation email, there is a link to “create an account.” This link will allow you to access and edit your registration at a later date.

Can I cancel my registration (e.g. if my visa gets denied)? Will I get reimbursed if I do?

If you are unable to attend due to a denied visa application, please contact us and we will cancel your registration for you. You will be reimbursed for your registration cost, minus a small cancellation fee to cover the cost of the processing.

How do I go about getting a letter of invitation for my US visa application?

Step 1: You will need to complete you registration for the 2019 Go Conference (https://everynationevents.regfox.com/2019-go-conference).

Step 2: On your registration confirmation email, there will be a link to access the online visa letter request form. Please complete the online visa letter request form (in addition to your Go 2019 registration).

Step 3: After you complete the online visa letter request form, your Every Nation senior pastor will need to email a letter of endorsement directly to goinvite@everynation.org from their official email address.

How long will it take to get my letter of invitation once I’ve completed the online visa letter request form?

After you complete the online visa letter request form, your Every Nation senior pastor will need to email a letter of endorsement directly to goinvite@everynation.org from their official email address. Once we receive both your completed form and the letter of endorsement from your senior pastor, you should receive your letter by the end of the following week.

Why is my registration payment being declined?

If your transaction was declined by the system, you’ll need to contact your credit card company or bank and inquire about why they declined the transaction. In many cases, online international charges require that the issuing card company be notified beforehand.

I can’t find my registration confirmation email. How do I get it re-sent to me?

There is a navigation bar at the top of the Go Conference registration site (https://everynationevents.regfox.com/2019-go-conference). Here you can click on the “Resend Confirmation” button and enter the email address you used to register. A copy of your registration confirmation email will be sent to you automatically.
